At Zimravenghulau, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy outlines your rights and our procedures for returns and refunds of Vitaventra products purchased through our website.

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. This withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.

1.1 How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by a clear statement. You may:

1.2 Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from your purchase, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for supplementary costs if you chose a delivery option other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer).

We will make the reimbursement using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

After you notify us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the day you informed us of your decision to withdraw.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Timeframe: Your withdrawal decision must be communicated to us within 14 days of receiving the goods
  • Product Condition: Products must be unopened and in their original, sealed packaging
  • Original Packaging: Products should be returned in their original packaging with all tags and seals intact
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

2.1 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, once their seal has been broken by you.

  • Products that have been opened or unsealed by you after delivery
  • Products that have been partially used
  • Products with broken safety seals

3. Return Process

3.1 Initiating a Return

  1. Contact us at online@zimravenghulau.world with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will confirm your return request and provide return instructions
  3. Package the product securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the product to the address provided in our return instructions

3.2 Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless:

  • The product was damaged during shipping
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product was defective

We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

3.3 Return Address

Please do not send returns without first contacting us. We will provide the appropriate return address once your return request is confirmed.

4. Refund Process

4.1 Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back or until you provide proof that you have returned them.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product or, if earlier, receiving proof that you have returned it
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider

4.2 Refund Amount

Your refund will include:

  • The full price of the product(s) returned
  • Original shipping costs (only if the entire order is returned and only for standard shipping)

We may deduct from the refund an amount reflecting any diminished value of the goods if this results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or is defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product
  • Provide photos of the damaged or defective product
  • Keep all original packaging until the issue is resolved

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

6. Wrong Product Received

If you receive a product different from what you ordered:

  • Contact us immediately with your order number
  • Do not open or use the incorrect product
  • We will arrange for the correct product to be sent and provide return instructions for the incorrect item at no cost to you

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account or payment method again
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary

9. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order:

  • Before Shipping: Contact us immediately. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can cancel it and provide a full refund.
  • After Shipping: Once the order has been shipped, you will need to wait until you receive it and then follow the standard return process.
